For this assignment, you are to prepare for and give two extemporaneous speeches.
Requirements:
1. Each individual will be responsible for a given magazine or newspaper to research. You should make copies of all articles that might be used to make an extemp question. Use proquest, or that other thing etc. (35 points - up to 3 points per week)
2. After preparation of the articles, students will have several opportunities to outline possible speeches. (10 points)
3. Students will give an impromptu speech. (10 points)
4. Students will prepare and give one/two extemp speeches in class. Speeches may be either foreign or domestic at the student’s choice. (20 points)
