You may combine the best evidence from old files and combine that with new evidence for the last tournament, Districts. This information will be available for anyone attending the District tournament or Novice District tournament.

Part II: Prepare off-case arguments. This includes multiple T shells, disadvantage links, and counterplan solvency if you want.
