This assignment is worth 75 points. For your affirmative assignment you are to write a speech to be presented in 1AC as well as present extension evidence. This assignment will be due September 11.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) It should be readable in 8 minutes (6 points).
2) It should be clearly prima facie (i.e. it should be topical, significant, inherent, and have solvency at first glance). You may use whatever format works best for your case evidence and claims. (30 points)
3) You should provide a plan of action. (10 points) see above
4) You need to use taglines and numbers. This may necessitate preparing 2 affs, one for experienced judges and one for lay judges (deduction of up to 25 points, if missing).
5) Evidence should be real, not fabricated. (if discovered, you will receive a 0/50)
6) All claims should be justified. This means that they need evidence.
For extension evidence, you need to prepare the following:

8) Extension evidence for each point – this evidence should answer possible arguments against your case, as well as frontlines for disadvantages, and counterplans. (20 points)
